Algorave is an abbreviation of "algorithmic rave", an event where "live coders" work in front of an audience to create danceable music generated by algorithms.
We are delighted to continue hosting and developing these regular meeting about live coding, improvisation and algorithmic composition.
Our mission is to create a fun place and supportive environment for digital culture enthusiasts.

The live coding movement fully embraces its vision of ethics linked to code and new technologies by promoting a free exchange of information, collaboration between people and a critical and aware approach to the IT tool

*Creating patterns on TidalCycles and sequencing hardware synhtesizers using MIDI and CV/GATE with Federico Del Gaudio, programmer and designer based in Milan, always passionated about arts and technology, he is currently focused on joining live creative coding and A/V performance developing his own tools with web technologies.
