The Yoga; The spirit of the yoga sessions will be dynamic, interactive and lively, with clear and precise instructions.
The sessions will combine conceptual knowledge along with asana practice, pranayama and meditation.

The food; The food will be traditional rustic Umbrian cuisine. Umbria relies on strongly on seasonal produce, built on traditional dishes that are simple and fresh.
